The CoverGlobe® Team

CoverGlobe Solutions S.A. was formed in August 2008 as a structure for the development of Puzzuka™. The idea and technology was created by André, while Joëlle provided strong financial and business resources. A primary motivator was to raise funds for education related causes, as both hold the view that education is a key to alleviating poverty and raising global equality.

CoverGlobe’s vision is to offer a unique and exciting online advertising platform via Puzzuka, and to contribute to equality and justice in the world by raising funds for education.

André van Rensburg : Associate - Technology

André has a specialist background in Web and Enterprise Software design and development.

He has served the industry for 20 years, implementing a number of complex enterprise applications ranging across the entire spectrum of web and business applications, and has been involved in numerous IT related business ventures.

For three years he held the post of Chief Technology Coach at the Softstart IT incubator, involved with entrepreneurial IT ventures. He also sat on the IT advisory board for the Tswane University of Technology for two years.

André has received a number of accolades during his career, including the 1994 SABS Design award, and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer charter member, being one of the first in the world to achieve this certification.

Joëlle Kuster : Associate Director

Joëlle has extensive financial background with 18 years of portfolio management and fund raising (venture capital). She also has substantial project management experience.

She has worked in financial management with large banks including ABN AMRO Bank (Switzerland) and Bank of New York-Inter Maritime Bank (Switzerland) where she managed client portfolios, and as an Analyst for Lombard Odier & CIE in Geneva. She also sat as the Managing Director of Midori Corporation (Switzerland).

Joëlle is currently completing an Honours Degree in Philosophy with Psychological Studies.
